För att logga in:
Sektion: För att beställa våra produkter till sektionspriser eller de avgiftsfria varorna under "Skopor & Band" gå in på"Logga in" och markera "Logga in/Redan kund" och logga in med er sektionsmail. Har du inte lösenordet så klicka på "glömt lösenord" så skickas återställning av lösenordet till sektionsmailen. Är ni ny sektion och ska logga in för första gången så ska ni klicka på "glömt lösenord" för att kunna lägga in ett lösenord. Problem? Maila oss på webbshop@munskankarna.se!
Medlem: Vi har tagit bort kravet av inloggning för att se medlemspriserna, det är de priserna du ser direkt i shopen, för att göra det lite enklare att handla!
I telefonen: Gå in på de tre vågräta strecken längst upp till vänster så kommer du direkt till "Logga in" som du hittar längst upp.
Vill du logga ut? Klicka på "Logga in" uppe i högra hörnet så kommer du till inloggningssidan igen där det finns en logga-ut-knapp! =D
Så här handlar du:
- Välj kategori och den produkt du är intresserad av. Klicka på "Lägg i varukorgen." Produkten placeras automatiskt i din varukorg.
- I varukorgen ser du beloppet du har handlat för. Vill du se dina produkter, ta bort eller ändra antal så klickar du på "Till kassan".
- Det är viktigt att du anger rätt e-postadress då orderbekräftelsen med ditt ordernummer skickas till den adress du anger. Rätt telefonnummer är också väldigt viktigt för aviseringen! Det är du som kund som är ansvarig för att rätt adress- och kontaktuppgifter lämnas så att leveransen kommer rätt, och avisering kan skickas till rätt telefonnummer.
- Du kontrollerar din order och väljer hur du vill betala. Godkänner våra köpvillkor och går vidare genom att klicka på "Slutför köp".
- Din order skickas till oss samtidigt som du får en bekräftelse med e-post. Kontakta oss om du ej mottagit din orderbekräftelse inom 1 dygn, på webbshop@munskankarna.se.
- Dina varor levereras inom 3-4 vardagar (vår ambition är att skicka lagerförda varor samma dag eller följande dag som beställningen har gjorts (eller nästföljande vardag).
- OBS! Ej uthämtat paket debiteras med 150 kr! Kontrollera adress och telefonnummer extra noga!

Vi hoppas du blir nöjd med din beställning! Om du INTE är det av någon anledning så ber vi dig använda formuläret för Reklamation och Retur så att ärendet hamnar på rätt ställe så fort som möjligt.
To log in:
Section: To order our products at section prices or the free items under "Buckets & Bands" go to "Log in/Already customer" and log in with the section login: sektion@munskankarna.se. If you don't have the password, click on "forgot password" and a password reset will be sent to the section email.
Member: We have removed the requirement of logging in to see the member prices, these are the prices you see directly in the shop, to make shopping a little easier!
On the phone: Go to the three horizontal lines at the top left and you will go directly to "Log in" which you will find at the top.
Do you want to log out? Click on "Log in" in the top right corner and you will be returned to the login page where there is a log out button! =D
Here's how to shop:
* Select the category and the product you are interested in. Click "Add to Cart." The product is automatically placed in your shopping cart.
* In the shopping cart, you will see the amount you have purchased for. If you want to see your products, remove or change the number, click on "To checkout".
* It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address as the order confirmation with your order number is sent to the address you enter. The correct phone number is also very important for the notification! It is you as the customer who is responsible for providing the correct address and contact details so that the delivery arrives correctly, and notification can be sent to the correct phone number.
* Check your order and choose how you want to pay. Agree to our purchase terms and proceed by clicking "Complete purchase".
* Your order is sent to us at the same time you receive a confirmation by e-mail. Contact us if you have not received your order confirmation within 1 day, at webbshop@munskankarna.se.
* Our ambition is to send in-stock goods on the same day or the following day as the order has been placed (or next working day).
ATTENTION! Unclaimed packages are charged 150 sek within Sweden, 31 Euro for Europe. Check the address and phone number extra carefully!
